As a family business, we combine trusted partnerships with premium Italian manufacturers and a team with over 45 years of experience in North America and 26 years in the multi-family industry.

Our History

Our Multi-Housing business began in 1996, when Dario Snaidero landed his first high-end multi-family contract: the Bristol Tower in Miami. Since then, our activity has grown continuously across North and Central America with over 215 projects completed and 65,000+ units installed to date.

We have become trusted providers for developers such as Turnberry, AEG, CMC, Ritz Carlton, the Related Group, LendLease, Weitz and more, establishing a strong reputation in major markets like Florida, Illinois, and Canada. At the same time, at the helm of our CEO, Alberto Snaidero, our West Coast Division has been serving the high-end Multi-Housing industry in California and Hawaii.

Past West Coast projects include New Century Plaza (330 units supplied) and the Ritz Carlton (224 units) in Los Angeles, and Waiea (171 units) in Honolulu.

Sea Glass (21 units), 475 Royal Palms (47 units), Onda (41 units) and Atlantic Flats (14 Units) in Miami and The Bahamas, Canopy Mill District (43 units) in Healdsburg, CA and Hudson (23 units) in Los Angeles.
